The top watched performance is the Changing of Royal Palace Guard and they are dressed in hanbok traditional costumes. Different colours represent their ranks and only the King can wear red colour. This event is at the main entrance at Gwanghwamu Gate everyday at 10am and 2pm except Tuesday. All perforamces are free and only when you enter the palace hen you have to buy an entrance ticket. But you can rent a hanbok at the shops nearby and enter the palace for free.
