It used to be located near the ferry terminal at Kutsugata Port, but it seems to have relocated. It has a wide variety of menu items using local ingredients, and is famous for its soft serve ice cream topped with dried sea urchin and grated kelp, which is eaten with a kelp spoon, and its beloved Rishiri Mountain and octopus cutlets.
