It was a takeout order, but there were chairs set up inside the store, so everyone was using them! Kitakaro's soft serve ice cream is extremely rich and smooth. I tried a lot of soft serve ice cream in Hokkaido, but this one left a strong impression on me. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try soft serve ice cream in Hokkaido! Kitakaro made use of the design of a former library built in 1926. It was designed by Tadao Ando. I think it's also fun to stroll around the building!
