Great Location but Showing Its Age

Stayed here for a concert at Sub 89 across the street and the hotel's location can't be beat. The first room was a definite no-go—reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. Maybe it's due to the nearby bus stops? Anyway, went to reception, and they were very apologetic, moving us to the 11th floor. The room was alright, though it had an adjoining door, and the bathroom had questionable stains on the walls. The sink's plug was broken with a missing safety ball, just a spike sticking out! Bed was comfy, and I had a decent night's sleep. The hotel is still a good choice, but it's starting to show wear like moldy windows and carpet stains. However, the excellent location will keep me coming back.
