Great Stay for Our Group in Reading

I booked rooms at this hotel for a group of 16 guests who were visiting Reading for the weekend. They traveled from various places like Canada, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Scotland, and Sweden to stay for three nights. All guests had disabilities, including 6 who used wheelchairs. I'm a local in Reading and had organized a schedule of activities and tours in the area for their stay. Everything at the hotel was perfect from beginning to end. I handled the reservations myself, and all guests paid upon arrival for their rooms. The reception staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. I was glad that the hotel room we stayed in (level 4, overlooking the church) was tranquil, and the bed was comfortable (as expected). A special mention goes to the wonderful Manju, who took great care of us during breakfast. She was happy to bring us coffees and food, and she had a lovely smile with a very friendly and approachable demeanor. Thank you, Manju! You're truly a star!
