Soul food, so good! A strong reason for me to revisit Poznan

#celebrateit The desserts here are shockingly delicious—I was so hooked I returned three times in one day! First up was a puff with raspberry filling, white chocolate cream, and pistachio flakes. It looked overly crispy at first, but one bite with all the components together was pure magic. The flavors and textures melded seamlessly, with the white chocolate cream tying everything together beautifully. Next, I tried the chocolate cherry tart, which feature Black Forest flavors. It seemed ordinary at first glance, but the well-thought layers blew me away: on the very top was a bold but silky chocolate cream; then a homemade cherry filling sat atop a hidden dark chocolate layer; at the bottom was a solid crust. The third time I came I ordered a cake with similar flavors—still tasty, but less exciting. Most likely because it wasn’t chilled enough, and the textures didn’t pop as much. Not as stellar as the first two, but decent nonetheless. As for the coffee, it’s full-bodied and definitely a good pairing with their dessert. 📍Address: Miel Coffee
