Elegance and Warmth at Constance Hotels

Our family of four—two adults, a 20-year-old daughter, and a 16-year-old son—visited Constance Ephelia, Mahe for four nights and Constance Lemuria, Praslin for six nights in July 2025, during a special trip to Mauritius & The Seychelles. Having experienced a wide range of luxurious hotels and restaurants worldwide, we can confidently say that Constance Hotels are on a different level of luxury and perfection. The Constance Ephelia resort is breathtakingly beautiful, harmoniously woven into the lush granite rocks and mangroves for a true paradise feel. What truly distinguishes Constance Ephelia is the incredible staff. Their hospitality and service are simply first-rate. Everyone, from ground staff to bartenders, sommeliers, receptionists, and room attendants, strives to ensure guests feel special and appreciated. Whenever my daughter and I felt a bit lost—which happened more than once—a staff member was by our side almost immediately to guide us to the beach, cocktail bar, or our amazing suite. It's wonderful to see every Constance staff member always appearing happy and laid-back, even when chatting amongst themselves, something rarely seen in other hotels. This reflects the excellent management and culture at Constance, which truly creates a relaxed atmosphere for guests and contributes to that luxury escape feeling. We must extend special thanks to Craig Chrispin Edgar Temby in security, who impressed us with his warmth and friendliness. Weeks have passed since we returned to the UK, yet we find ourselves reminiscing about our time at Ephelia and Lemuria daily. Plans are already underway for our next visit to a Constance resort, with hopes to visit all of them more than once. Thank you to everyone for helping us create cherished memories. —The Family P
