One of the best coffees in the most unlikeliest of places: Peshawar Pakistan

When travelling for those who are coffee aficionados we are always on the lookout for a good coffee. Unfortunately many parts of the world do not specialise in making excellent coffee however there is a secret location in Pakistan where you can get a fantastic coffee almost every time and I cannot believe that I’m going to say this but you can do it by going to McDonald’s and getting a flat white with an extra double shot of espresso. In my country of origin (Australia) very very few coffee lovers would ever go to McDonald’s for a coffee in fact it’s well known for some of the worst coffee but for some reason somehow by some miracle McDonald’s in Pakistan have decided that good coffee is important and they have trained their staff to make fantastic coffee, they have good machines and a nice coffee brand so somehow almost every time I get a fantastic coffee and I am a self-professed ‘coffee snob’ so that is a compliment! In my Coffee ratings of 0 to 10 ratings with 10 being ‘fantastic and unbelievable’ something I’ve only ever given once or twice in my life I would regard McDonald’s coffee in Peshawar Pakistan a solid 8 almost every time!! And this is a compliment that I thought I never make towards McDonald’s, the world is certainly a strange place!!! Enjoy! #great coffee
