Standing next to the well, you can feel the life scenes of the Penghu residents in the past drawing water and chatting here, as if history is replaying before your eyes. Witness to local culture The stones around the wellhead have been worn smooth by time, a testament to its former busyness and importance. Local residents said that the water from this well is sweet and clear, and it was indispensable for drinking, washing clothes, and even making wine. Today, with the popularization of tap water, the Four-Eyed Well is no longer the main source of water, but it still exists quietly, witnessing the changes of Penghu.
