Experience the yellow autumn at Maozifeng.

On November 25, I went to Nanxiong Maozifeng Scenic Area, which is a scenic area transformed from an old forest farm. The biggest highlight is to see the yellow ginkgo leaves in November and December every year. Due to the weather this year, the ginkgo leaves turned yellow relatively late. By November 25, some leaves had not yet turned yellow. Golden Avenue: A super popular internet-famous check-in point, with ginkgo trees and retro houses from the 1970s lined up on both sides of the road. Daxiaofangping: The ginkgo leaves turn yellow the earliest, and there are large dense ginkgo trees. Luqigu: Located in the deepest part of Maozifeng, there are squirrels and sika deer, as well as a camping base and a small ginkgo forest. Tickets: CNY 50 for the entrance ticket, CNY 30 for the sightseeing bus (round trip), with six or seven stops along the way, such as Xiaofangping, Dafangping, and Golden Avenue, where you can get on and off at any time. Transportation: Self-driving or chartered car, about one hour by car, about CNY 100 for online car-hailing, it is best to make an appointment with the driver to pick you up on the return trip, otherwise it is difficult to get a car in the scenic area. There are buses from Nanxiong Bus Station to the town, and you have to change to another car to get to the scenic area.
