Extended Stay with Exceptional Service

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we ended up staying at the hotel for an additional six days. The lobby was beautiful, and both the rooms and atmosphere were comfortable. Throughout our stay, we appreciated the friendliness and assistance from most of the staff, including the front desk, housekeeping, breakfast restaurant servers, and lobby security, especially the driver Petra. He patiently accompanied us to the hospital, assisted in communicating with the doctor, and was consistently punctual whenever we used the car service. His level of professionalism truly went beyond our expectations.
