This was genuinely the most extraordinary experience. The grounds are stunningly beautiful, and the manor is maintained in perfect condition. The service was exceptional. Anna and her team cared for us with such warmth, charm, and outstanding service. A special mention to Eunice (for her superb service and the wonderful photos she captured of our family with Jock and Betty, the giraffes) and Oliver the bartender. Both were incredibly attentive and dedicated to ensuring we had an unforgettable time at the manor. Our family relished every moment, from feeding the giraffes, waking early to feed even more giraffes, to spending a delightful day at the spa, and later feeding more giraffes in the moonlight.
