[A garden where the world of picture books is recreated]

📍Kumamoto Prefecture, Yoh Shomei Aso Museum A picture book museum built by Yoh Shomei, a painter, poet and picture book writer born in Kumamoto, on the hills of his spiritual hometown, Minamiaso Village Kawayo. About 70 works, including original picture book illustrations and poems, are on permanent display. The museum also has a cafe where you can enjoy herbal teas and black teas. In addition, at the back of the exhibition room, there is a vast grassland of about 6.6 million square meters, which you can stroll through.
