There are a few passages along the way with stones as smooth as lubricating soap. This was still relatively good to do on the climb, but the descent was really unpleasant and dangerous as a result. Many have only hiked with sneakers, but we would strongly recommend sturdy footwear. Once at the top fantastic views.Beautiful. It took us 2h50 round trip. At the top 360 view of Mauritius.
