Rochester Falls - Tricky to find but worth a visit

#hellohalloween #travel #naturalwonders You can find it in all the guides and travel diaries and so I went there too. It is one of the many small waterfalls that are found in Mauritius and to get there you have to take a partly dirt road, passable however with a normal car. To me the navigator suggested a different route, but suddenly, at a fork in Souillac, at the Zoza Pastry And Coffee Shop, I saw the tourist sign for the waterfall and followed this. I always followed the signs, even though at some point I lost them and had to ask. Then they reappeared, quite frequent even along the dirt road and eventually I arrived at an open space where to park and where there is a banana seller (the plantation is just behind it), which is the spot indicated on Google Map as Rochester Falls South Parking. From there, with a short walk, you get to the waterfall of the photo.
