High-end hotels are meant to enjoy attentive service

The Longyou Tianyuan Mingdu Hotel, themed around the Longyou Grottoes culture, opened in 2022. During this trip, I was fortunate to stay at this hotel for two days and experienced the warm-hearted service of a high-end hotel. We arrived at the hotel a little after 2 PM, and having not had lunch yet, we decided to try our luck at the restaurant on the third floor. Upon inquiry, we found out that the chef had indeed finished his shift but had not left yet. Without a second thought, the hotel chef made us a bowl of hand-pulled noodles, solving our immediate hunger crisis. 😋 I brought some medication that needed to be kept at a constant temperature. After calling the front desk for help, a small refrigerator was delivered to my room shortly, alleviating my concerns. The hotel is equipped with robots. If guests need anything or are missing something, they can call the front desk, and the robot will deliver it to their door shortly... Away from home, we felt like honored guests. The service at this high-end hotel is truly excellent!
