The Piyanshan thermal springs are located in Longjing city, just a 30-minute drive from Yanji (China). The complex is quite large, with the indoor part of the resort featuring over 30 pools of various sizes, differing in water composition and temperature. According to traditional Chinese medicine, 15-minute sessions in hot baths help balance the flow of Qi energy, expel 'cold' and 'dampness' from the body, improve blood circulation, and strengthen joints. During the cooler seasons and after hiking, I believe this is a wonderful way to restore strength and energy.
