I was able to see North Korea from the Chinese side of China, where the border between China and North Korea is drawn across the Tumen River. Then, on the second day, I went to Yongjeong, where I was able to find historical relics from the Goguryeo and Balhae periods at the birthplace of poet Yun Dong-ju and the Yanbian Museum. I also bought some interesting North Korean products, and I was able to see North Korean-related relics at the museum. I was able to meet many Koreans, and it was so different from the feeling of meeting Koreans in Korea. I felt like I was seeing our compatriots in a foreign land. The hotel I stayed at for 2 nights and 3 days was Atour West Market Hotel Yenji. It was very clean, had a good location, and had great amenities. In particular, we drank tea every day using a brand that supports the Lisu ethnic minority, which was very good and refilled every day.
