Norbulingka

🌟Highlights: Norbulingka is located in the western suburbs of Lhasa, Tibet. Built in the 1740s, it served as a summer residence and administrative center for successive Dalai Lamas. It is a typical Tibetan-style garden. 👍Most recommended: Norbulingka consists of several palace complexes, including the Kelsang Podrang, the Golden Podrang, and the Tseden Mingyur Podrang. [One] The Kelsang Podrang complex, the main building group, is located in the southeastern part of the southern courtyard within the second surrounding wall. [Two] The Tsogyel Podrang complex, about 120 meters northwest of the Kelsang Podrang, is the most beautiful scenic spot in Norbulingka. [Three] The Golden Podrang complex is located in the western part of Norbulingka. Each group of buildings is mainly constructed of wood and stone, with a neat layout and a distinctive Tibetan style.
