The Sakamoto Ryoma Memorial Museum is a gateway to understanding Ryoma, showcasing valuable historical materials related to him in an easy-to-understand manner. It also introduces his personality, achievements, and ideas. The museum opened on November 15, 1991, Ryoma's birthday, and was renovated for a grand reopening in April 2018. Located within Katsurahama Park, the 'Blank Stage' and 'Rooftop Observation Deck' offer a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean horizon. Access Get off at JR 'Kochi Station'.
