[Saitama Prefecture] Temples known for their Nembutsu dance

Jūnen-ji Temple 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃 Jūnen-ji Temple is located in Suehiro-cho, Kawagoe City. The principal image is Amitabha Buddha. Jūnen-ji Temple was founded by Taizen (who died in 1532 during the first year of the Tenbun era) and was relocated from Nenkan-cho in the first year of the Genwa era. It is also known for its Nembutsu dance, which is said to be the origin of the Bon Odori festival.
