[Saitama Prefecture] Shrine with Hachiman Taro float

Noda Shrine 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃 Noda Shrine is located in Noda-cho, Kawagoe City. It is said that in 1333, during the Battle of Kotesashigahara, when Nitta Yoshisada attacked Hojo Takatoki of the Kamakura Shogunate, Tajima Hayato, who developed Noda Village, enshrined his Yashiki Inari at his home on the Hatazuka where Yoshisada set up camp. It is also known as Kotesashi Inari. The main shrine building was moved from the Honjido Hall at Miyoshino Shrine in Kawagoe Castle when the castle was abandoned. On the right side of the torii gate is a storage facility for floats, where the float "Hachiman Taro" from the 5th town of Noda is located.
