Breakfast in Shaxi!

In my hometown, having breakfast is a daily routine. When I arrived here, I didn’t notice the breakfast culture until the owner mentioned it. Turns out, there aren’t many breakfast options here! The owner explained that locals here usually eat their first meal around 10 a.m., have another meal at 2 p.m., and dinner at 7 p.m. It was only after working outside the area and being influenced by other places that they started having breakfast upon returning to Shaxi. This morning, I had a cup of soy milk, a piece of baba (local flatbread), and a free-range chicken egg. What a wonderful way to start the day! In the evening, I passed by and ordered, "Boss, one bowl of tomato and egg noodles, please." The aroma was rich and delightful! The egg was half-fried, giving it an incredible fragrance. I devoured the large bowl of noodles in just a few bites! This place doesn’t have a guesthouse; it’s actually the owner’s home. The couple running it are warm and friendly, and their cooking skills are simply outstanding! Highly recommended! The location is roughly between No. 50 and No. 115 on Sideng Street.
