Japanese Summer with Sunflowers 🌻

Summer in Japan can truly be hot and humid but what can make it bearable is visiting sunflower fields. One of the best places to enjoy the view of hundreds, if not thousands, of sunflowers is Himawari Village ひまわり村 located in Tsubata City, Ishikawa Prefecture. Every year, dozens of volunteers come to plant sunflower seeds to create a flower maze for people to enjoy in the summer. Talk about a great community activity!
