Japan Automobile Museum or Old Car Museum is located in Ishikawa Prefecture, Chiba City. This museum is the oldest automobile museum in Japan, located in Ishikawa Prefecture, Chiba. Originally, it belonged to Mr. Shoso Maeda, who collected his own cars. Later, he collected more cars, which eventually became a museum. The building of the museum is in a European style, built since the Meiji period. The museum's documents state that there are almost 500 cars here, from the 1900s (Meiji 34) to the 1970s (Showa 45).
