At Amenotanagaojinja Shrine, there is a stone seated Maitreya Buddha statue that was excavated. It is the third oldest stone statue in Japan and has been designated an Important Cultural Property, but is currently preserved at the Nara National Museum! There are also written stamps and amulets available inside the shrine.
