The stunning scenery in the mountainous area of Hutubi County, Changji, Xinjiang

On June 3rd, the southern mountainous area of Hutubi County in Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang, was adorned with fluffy white clouds against a deep blue sky. The Hutubi River, embraced by the mountains, shimmered with clear blue waves, while its banks were lush with green grass, creating a picturesque contrast with the surrounding Danxia landforms. In recent years, Hutubi County has continuously strengthened river management and protection efforts: formulating comprehensive "one river, one policy" governance plans and shoreline utilization plans, upgrading environmental protection facilities in mining areas along the river, and carrying out river channel improvements. By fully leveraging the river chief system, the county strives to build a water ecological landscape characterized by "clear waters, green banks, free-flowing rivers, and beautiful scenery." Today, the ecological environment along the county's rivers has been revitalized, attracting an increasing number of tourists to visit and enjoy the views.
