Must-climb beautiful autumn route on Huangshan

Winter on Huangshan is absolutely stunning❄️! From December to March each year is the most beautiful snowy season on Huangshan, with peaks dressed in silver and pine trees covered in rime, it’s like a fairyland✨ 🗺️Tour route: Recommended 2 days 1 night, so you can see both sunrise and sunset without rushing Day 1: Take the Yungu Temple cable car up → Shixin Peak to see the strange pines → Black Tiger Pine → Dream Pen Blossoms → Flying Stone → Bright Summit to watch the sunset Day 2: Sunrise at Bright Summit → Aoyu Peak → Hundred-step Cloud Ladder → Welcoming Pine → Take the Yuping Cableway down 🏞️Must-visit spots: 📍Welcoming Pine (the very famous Huangshan symbol) 📍Bright Summit (perfect spot for sunrise and sunset) 📍West Sea Grand Canyon (stunning winter sea of clouds) 📍Shixin Peak (concentrated area of strange pines and rocks) 🏨Accommodation recommendations: ① Bright Summit Hotel (excellent spot for sunrise) ② Yupinglou Hotel (close to Welcoming Pine) Remember to book 1 month in advance, winter is very busy! 🍽️Food recommendations: ✅ Huangshan Stinky Mandarin Fish (smells bad but tastes great) ✅ Mao Tofu (the kind with a hairy surface) ✅ Shaobing (the classic one with preserved vegetable filling) On the mountain, the Baiyun Hotel Chinese restaurant is recommended, prices are a bit high but the taste is good 🚉Transportation tips: ✈️ The nearest airport is Huangshan Tunxi International Airport 🚄 Take the high-speed train to Huangshan North Station, then a 1-hour shuttle bus directly to the scenic area 🚌 There are shuttle buses within the scenic area connecting all cableway stations 📌Notes: 1. Be sure to wear non-slip shoes! Snow-covered steps are especially slippery 2. Bring a thermos, you can get hot water on the mountain 3. It’s very cold at the summit during sunrise, remember to wear a down jacket + warm packs 4. It’s recommended to buy a trekking pole, it saves a lot of effort 5. Check the weather in advance, cableways may be closed during snowfall
