Convenient transportation, serene environment, family-friendly, and you can avoid crowds to slowly enjoy the beautiful scenery of Huangshan~ ✅ Convenient Family Transportation There is a pick-up service from the high-speed rail station that takes you directly to the Yungu Cableway to go up the mountain, about a 50-minute drive. This saves you from taking the shuttle bus from the scenic area entrance to the cableway, no need to change vehicles, making traveling with kids super convenient and also saving a ticket. After getting off the Yungu Cableway, it’s a 20-minute walk to the hotel, a moderate distance that kids can easily handle. Compared to other mountain-top hotels, the walking distance is shorter, making it easier to travel with children. ⚠️ Tip: The private car booked through the hotel is a bit expensive, 1800 RMB round trip (7-seater), but you can also choose public transportation for better cost performance. ✅ Secluded Family Environment The hotel’s location is somewhat hidden, with the entrance next to the row of post office and bank buildings, up a staircase, avoiding crowded areas. The environment is quiet and peaceful, perfect for enjoying a tranquil vacation with kids. The hotel has a small courtyard where you can have tea with your children, enjoy the scenery, escape the noise, and feel the peace and beauty of the mountain top. Family interactions here are very pleasant. ✅ Comfortable Family Facilities The check-in area is called “Fudi” (Blessed Place), small and cozy. Upon registration, you receive a cup of tea, and there is an adorable cat “store manager” meowing around, which kids will love interacting with. The restaurant, lounge, and tea room are connected, forming the largest building in the guesthouse. Here, kids can draw, write, read, drink tea, and play piano, very relaxing and great for cultivating their interests. We stayed in a large bed room with a small bay window that is very popular. Sitting there with kids to eat fruit, drink tea, and enjoy the view is warm and comfortable. ✅ Thoughtful Family Experience The overall hotel experience is excellent. The staff are gentle and friendly, patient with children, proactively offering travel suggestions and helping to take care of the kids. Avoiding the crowds on the mountain top, you can slow down the pace and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Huangshan with your children without rushing, making family travel more relaxed. It is recommended to stay two nights for a more relaxed itinerary, allowing you to fully experience the hotel facilities and Huangshan’s beauty without over-tiring the kids.
