Guizhou, Huangping, Jiuzhou Ancient Town

Jiuzhou is 25 km from Huangping County and was the original location of the county seat. In recent decades, Jiuzhou has changed a lot, especially the streets of the ancient town, which are lined with newly built imitation ancient buildings. However, some ancient buildings from the Ming and Qing dynasties have been preserved, such as Renshou Palace, Tianhou Palace, Wenchang Palace, and the Catholic Church. These ancient buildings are simple and exquisite, and magnificent. Some have been converted into museums and patriotic education bases for young people.
