As a travel blogger who is keen on exploring, the charming scenery of southeastern Guizhou always makes me linger, so I have visited this magical land more than once. However, every time I travel, I miss this precious ancient building complex in Huangping due to various reasons, leaving me with many regrets. This time, I got my wish and checked in. · 🏞️Feiyun Cliff Located 12 kilometers northeast of Huangping County, it has a history of more than 500 years. Yuetan Temple was built in the eighth year of Zhengtong (1443) in the Ming Dynasty. It suffered natural damage many times. It was destroyed twice by war in the twenty-seventh year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (AD 1599) and the fifth year of Xianfeng in the Qing Dynasty (AD 1855). After successive generations of renovations and expansions, it formed a unique ancient building complex that alternated religious buildings, ethnic buildings and garden buildings. It has won the reputation of "the first ancient temple in Guizhou" and "the first cave in southern Guizhou". · 🏯As soon as I walked into Feiyun Cliff, I was deeply attracted by the ancient buildings here. The buildings of Yuetan Temple on the west side are solemn and solemn, while the garden-style buildings on the east side look unique and elegant. The Imperial Scripture Tower, the Small Official Hall, the Fish Pond, the Arch Bridge...everywhere is full of a sense of history. · There are no tickets, no commercial shops, and the scenery is beautiful with few people. 🌳Walking on the trails of Feiyun Cliff, you will be attracted by the surrounding moss and dense vegetation. It has the Great Buddha Temple in the west, Yangyun Pavilion in the north and Cuixiu Garden in the south. Yangyun Pavilion, also known as the Grand Official Hall, was a place used to receive visiting officials in ancient times. ` 4⃣Folk festivals Every year on the eighth day of the fourth lunar month, the Miao compatriots hold an ethnic gathering. The gathering usually lasts for three days, and the main content includes bird fighting, playing the reed, folk acrobatics, stunts, theatrical performances and other activities. There is also a dazzling array of ethnic crafts such as batik, embroidery, and clay whistles. · 5⃣️Xiaohegou There is a small river ditch outside the courtyard wall, and there is a small waterfall in the height difference.
