The reference price for unlimited hotpot is $318 per person (plus a 10% service charge). You can eat and drink as much as you want for a full six hours from 18:00-00:00. The 4-step hotpot meal is super rich, including seasonal seafood platter, Angus beef platter, your choice of single or double soup base and selected hotpot ingredients. This time I made an appointment with my bestie to have dinner together, and we left with our stomachs full. There is a sauce area in the store where customers can mix their own sauces. The restaurant serves four appetizers every day, including Chinese salad, cold cloud ear, cold cucumber and fried chicken cartilage. The portions are large and the taste is normal. 1️⃣ Part 1 (Selected Appetizers) Choose from four appetizers: Sichuan spicy chicken pot, traditional pickled fish, cheese-baked Boston lobster, cheese-baked American oysters This time I chose cheese-baked Boston lobster. It was served hot and the cheese topping was baked to a golden and crispy texture. It had a stringy effect when eaten. The lobster head was creamy and the lobster meat was refreshing and delicious. 2️⃣ Step 2 (Choose the soup base) The restaurant offers 8 soup bases to choose from, including tomato and potato soup pot, Sichuan spicy duck blood pot (optional spiciness), extra thick satay pot, extra thick coriander and preserved egg and dace ball pot, food stall pork bone pot, healthy porcini soup pot, Japanese soy milk seafood pot, extra thick laksa seafood pot and fish maw and bamboo shredded chicken pot. I chose the tomato potato soup pot and the extra thick laksa seafood pot. Both were delicious. The surprise was that the laksa soup was a little spicy. It contained prawns, tofu and bean sprouts, which was quite tasty. 3️⃣ Part 3 Each table will be given a seasonal seafood platter, an American Angus beef platter and a vegetable platter.
