Good value ramen in Central

There are many Japanese restaurants in the Gough Street area, especially ramen restaurants. I recently fell in love with finding ramen restaurants in the Central and Sheung Wan areas, which allowed me to find one with good value for money. 📍Location: Near Sheung Wan MTR Station Exit A2, go up the slope to the end of Kau U Fong. 🏠Environment: Glass window facade, L-shaped interior, with a bar on the left and a wooden table for four on the right. The seats are relatively small, but this is a feature of ramen restaurants, and there were not many customers at the time, so I could request to stay at the bar by the window, without having to share the table with others, which was already comfortable. 🤵🏻Service: Place order with paper, food served quickly, surcharge is 10%. 🍽️Lunch: 🥢No.1 Ramen🍜 $115 There are four pieces of barbecued pork 🥩, a soft-boiled egg 🥚, a few pieces of seaweed, shredded wood ear, snow vegetable, and scallions. The ingredients are quite rich☺️. The soup base is full of collagen 😁, but I can't taste it 😅. A spoonful of slightly spicy sprouts is given, instead of being able to add as much as you want like in other restaurants. 😚Personally, I think the best pork bone soup base is Bear Ramen, and the ingredients are from this restaurant😝. There is a lot of barbecued pork, some fat and some lean, and it is lightly fried, so the overall quality is high👍!
