Last weekend, I took advantage of the holiday to go to an Italian restaurant with my family. The location is located in front of the exit of Mody Road MTR station in Tsim Sha Tsui East. The location is eye-catching and convenient! This Gusto has been in business for many years. Friends who work/live nearby must be familiar with it~ - Chef Gusto has worked in many Michelin-starred restaurants🌟 The main dishes are a variety of signature skewers, pasta, pizza and seafood platters. The store also offers a variety of Italian desserts🍰 each with its own characteristics!✨ As for the restaurant environment, the red and blue sofas are very eye-catching. It’s quite appetizing as an appetizer but not too special. You can save the quota to try other dishes! - ✨ Angus Beef Skewer ($238) Recommended🌟 First of all, the appearance is already check-in-able! The hanging beef skewers are mixed with red onions and bell peppers🫑. You can clearly see the gravy dripping slowly😆 and there is a little salad underneath to relieve the greasiness! The outer layer of the beef is charred but there are tendons in some places. It is recommended to dip it in BBQ sauce. The beef flavor is more prominent and delicious🥩 - ✨ Whole Boston Lobster Risotto ($288) The presentation is eye-catching! The meat of the whole lobster is removed and placed on the Italian rice. The lobster meat is thick and chewy. The rice is moist and not too hard. The rice cooked with lobster soup is full of the lobster flavor🦞 and with Parmesan cheese, it is very evil😈 - ✨ Pan-fried Halibut ($218) Finally, we chose flounder for the main course!🐟 Dad loves it♥️ He thinks the fish meat is tender and melts in your mouth, but the outside is fried so crispy!🤣 Personally, I think it’s not as exaggerated as the melt-in-the-mouth texture, but it is indeed crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
