There are always a lot of dinner parties around the Lunar New Year~🧧🎍 I recently went to this Australian cafe in Tsim Sha Tsui 🇦🇺☕️. Even on a Wednesday night, it was nearly 70% to 80% full. - The cafe specializes in Australian dishes, including toast, pasta, and burgers. They've also recently launched a new menu featuring a fusion of East and West, a slow-cooked barbecue pork and pineapple burger 🍍🍔. The pairings are unique and innovative! 🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻 ✨ Spicy Prawn Orecchiette ($138) Tiger prawns and cherry tomatoes 🍤🍅 create a spicy and flavorful orecchiette. The pasta is firm and chewy, each piece generously smothered in tomato sauce 🥫. Toppings include onions, garlic slices, and green and red peppers, creating a pungent and zesty flavor! - ✨ 12 HOURS Hong Kong Cha Siu Burger ($148) The burger uses Hong Kong barbecued pork as its filling, which is incredibly creative! 👍 Slow-cooked for 12 hours, it's tender and tender, but a bit fatty. Another highlight is the juicy and sweet grilled pineapple in the middle 🍍. A lava-filled sunny-side-up egg 🍳 is placed on top, and kale is placed underneath. The sesame burger bun is also worth mentioning, grilled to a crispy perfection. Open it up and smear it with honey mustard sauce. A side dish includes fried sweet potato fries 🍠🍟 - ✨ Hojicha Latte ($48) Since we visited a few days before Chinese New Year 🧧, the restaurant thoughtfully added a "Fu" latte art design. It's so delicious! 🥹 The hojicha latte lets you choose your own sweetness level.
