This is my second time visiting Jing'an 🥹. Last time I went to the Shau Kei Wan branch, I already loved the quality of the meat, the wide selection, and most importantly, the great value!! ψ(｀∇´)ψ This time, I decided to bring #ShiyiAjie and my Shiyi teammates to the Tsim Sha Tsui branch 😎 to try their new menu 🥩. They have an eye-catching round of Wagyu feast and Mentaiko Tsukimi rice~ Perfect for 4-5 friends to share around the stove! 🥰 🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻 ✨ One Round of Soul ($1288) 🐮⭕️ Premium Beef Tongue, Wagyu Saba, Wagyu Triangle, Wagyu Pork Belly, Pot-Marinated Beef Short Rib, Super Black Wagyu, Butterfly-Cut Beef Neck Spine, Wagyu Fengmen Tsukino, One-Bite Wagyu, and Wagyu Friends Triangle - It feels like the plating is designed for photo-taking 📸 Ten different cuts of beef are served on a wooden ring. The staff will explain how to start with the premium beef tongue. Then, go clockwise, following the order of flavor intensity. ⏰♪(´ε｀) The beef tongue has a nice, chewy texture. We especially recommend the Wagyu beef fillet. 🐮 There's only one small strip per cut, which is super rare! The meat is rich and tender. 😋 - ✨ Mentaiko Tsukimi Rice ($36) I had seaweed Tsukimi rice last time, but this mentaiko Tsukimi rice is a rarity. It's slightly spicy, with distinct grains, and topped with a rich egg glaze. 🍳 It's surprisingly filling! ♪(´ε｀) But it can get a bit cloying towards the end. - ✨ Caramel Pineapple Yogurt ($38) 🍍The pineapple is topped with crispy caramel, making it a bit more unique than the usual Yogurt!
