Fire Bird Ramen Shop

Finally have time to post... I went to this Fire Bird Ramen in Sai Ying Pun for lunch on Monday and Tuesday! Excellent value for money....affordable! $78 no plus one....Lunch set with dumplings and soda..optional fries! Also share a ramen photo on ig to get free boiled eggs! The char siu is slightly small but seasoned.. a few thin pieces! The noodles....and the soup was great! No need to queue for two days, go straight in! There is a female clerk and a Japanese master in the shop! Pay after placing the order....comfortable environment! The seating also has a self-closing seat....
