🇰🇷 Hanyinhong Sea, Land, and Air Restaurant Opens in Tsim Sha Tsui ✨ Hanyinhong's first Korean restaurant has finally opened on Cameron Road in Tsim Sha Tsui. The restaurant specializes in authentic Korean dishes using ingredients from land, sea, and air. Today was the first day of the restaurant's set lunch menu, so I decided to check it out with some friends. Since it was the first day of the set lunch menu, the restaurant was packed with staff, and even Korean staff were there to help us out. It really felt like we were on a trip to Korea! ✨ After placing our order, the staff presented us with four appetizers. Since it was the first day of lunch, they offered four appetizers, compared to the usual two or three. The appetizers included kimchi, soybean sprouts, tofu skin, fish cakes, and clams. Each one was excellent, and the option for refills was a real treat. 🦑 Seafood Tofu Hot Pot with Noodles $88 Most Korean restaurants offer spicy tofu soup with rice, but here, they serve it with ramen, and the portion is generous. The golden bowl holds a generous portion of hot ramen. The spicy broth is richer than usual, with a unique, savory flavor that's sure to keep you coming back for more. The noodles are topped with whole squid tubes, shrimp, and several large, tender pieces of tofu. The smoky, chewy ramen paired with the slightly spicy seafood broth creates a delicious, hearty, and heartwarming experience. 🐷 Spicy Stir-fried Pork with Rice $78 Served in a small hot pot, the spicy pork belly slices are incredibly flavorful, complemented by cabbage and carrot slices for a well-balanced combination. Paired with hot rice, every bite is a delicious delight. 🔸Summary: The restaurant is clean and spacious, and the lunch set menu, which includes an appetizer and a drink, is a great value. The staff are friendly and courteous, the food portions are generous, and the flavors are authentic and delicious.
