I ordered the medium spicy version. The set comes with either rice or sweet potato noodles. I ordered the smoky, chewy sweet potato noodles to go with the grilled fish. If you prefer something a bit richer, you can add extra hot pot ingredients, but since lunch was only an hour long, I didn't order any extras. The grilled fish is served over a low heat. Tilapia tends to have a bit more bones, but they're large bones, making it easier to eat.
