Mr. Crab by The Captain's House (Wan Chai)

If you want to relax on a weekend afternoon, Mr. Crab by The Captain's House is an American seafood restaurant in Wan Chai. Come and try their Brunch set. Brunch sets are only $125 each, which is affordable and can be served with specialty drinks for an additional fee. A friend added $10 for a Mocha, chocolate-flavored sweet coffee, and I added $38 for a Mocktail, [Witty Guy] made from yogurt, blue butterfly pea flowers, Blue Curaçao Syrup and Sprite. To eat Mr. Crab, of course, crab, we chose two crab-related main courses. [Crab meat and carbonara spaghetti] creamy, crab meat and smoked meat portions are quite large, with young sprouts on top to add mouthfeel and fresh feeling, reduce the greasiness. [Rouls Anna Gems] Crab cake, lettuce, smoked salmon, soft-boiled eggs and hollandaise sauce. First try a little crab cake, the texture is crispy and full of crab flavour, then the egg juice flows through the egg and eats it into a piece, the taste is rich and varied.
