It's usually 8:00 PM when I arrive in Tsuen Wan to pick up my wife from work. We're both tired, and it's too late to cook dinner at home, so we always look for a nearby restaurant. Boss Cafe is one of our regulars 😉 ✏️Location: 8/10 ✏️Ambience: 8/10 ✏️Cleanliness: 8/10 ✏️Service: 8/10 ✏️Food: 8/10 The restaurant is located across from the Jockey Club on Sha Tsui Road. It has a large, open, and relatively clean frontage. The service is fast, decent, and the food is pretty good. 😎 🌟Dinner Set A: Steamed Spare Ribs with Garlic - $65 We ordered two dinner sets that day. The first was steamed pork ribs with garlic. The ribs were steamed to perfection, tender and meaty, though a bit stringy, but still quite tasty. 😋 The set comes with rice, soup, and a side dish. Unfortunately, the soup was sold out that day, so we had iced lemon tea with a sweet, non-sour flavor. 😜 🌟Dinner Set F: Steamed Red Snapper with Preserved Vegetables - $80 My wife chose steamed fish, a large piece of red snapper steamed with preserved vegetables. It felt like home-cooked food. The fish was fresh and tender, not overpowering, and felt healthy. 😍We chose frozen taro for the side dish, which was quite rich and flavorful. 🥳 🌟Stir-fried Beef Noodles - $59 We ordered an additional side of stir-fried beef noodles. The noodles were fragrant and tender, the rice noodles were tender, and the beef was tender.
