The most authentic Temple Street clay pot rice!

I used to think that I could only eat pot-stirred rice in winter, but now many shops sell pot-stirred rice all year round! This time I went to Hing Kee in Temple Street. There are a few shops, and there are quite a lot of people! There are many different styles of casserole rice on the menu, as well as seafood and small dishes. In the end, I chose the sausage chicken pot rice, garlic shrimp, and fried oyster cake! The oyster cake is a must-try, very crispy and crispy, and with some sauce it's really great! The portion of garlic open-sided shrimp is plentiful, the shrimp is fresh, steamed just right, and the garlic is very appetizing! When we arrived, we had to add soy sauce and bake for a while before we started eating. The rice crumbs were delicious, the combination of sausage and chicken was really the best.
