Grade II historic building-Oil Street Realization

📍MTR Fortress Hill Station Exit A - Oil Street Today we will introduce the "Parade to Reality" Exhibition Hall. The building was formerly the clubhouse of the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club and moved from its old site in North Point in 1939. Later, the building was taken back by the Hong Kong Government and used as a dormitory and warehouse. In 2010, the government decided to revitalise the building into an exhibition and activity centre to promote visual arts. The center became the "Oil Street Realization" art space in May 2013, focusing on inviting local and international artists to exhibit their works. As an art space, it is open to everyone for free. The building is a red brick building in the Arts and Crafts architectural style and has been rated as a Grade II historical building😊 #LocalTourism#2022Exhibition
