[Hong Kong] Medora: A must-visit Central light luxury fusion restaurant

I once walked past Wellington Street opposite Lin Heung and saw a new restaurant. After trying the Italian gelato at the entrance, I knew the quality was guaranteed😋 This time, I officially dined inside Medora for lunch and tried their 2-course lunch set: Starter: Amberjack prepared in a Japanese sashimi style, served with salty crispy breadsticks and a big piece of watermelon! Main course: Roasted chicken with glutinous rice. Unexpectedly, the chicken skin was crispy, and the dish was cooked by wrapping the glutinous rice with the chicken meat, which was a delightful surprise! The gelato at the end, although an extra charge, is homemade with 10 different flavors. The mango yogurt gelato has both the sweetness of mango and the tanginess of yogurt!
