Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong｜Recommended for Sea Views! I could sit by this window all day

🚗 Location & Transportation: Located in the most lively yet peaceful area of Victoria Harbour, you can reach Victoria Harbour directly from the hotel’s second floor via a skybridge. It’s a 5-minute walk to K11 and just 10 minutes to Harbour City! The subway station is only 1 minute away from the hotel entrance, and one stop takes you to West Kowloon. The convenience of this transportation is simply unbeatable! 🛏️ Room Facilities: People often complain online about the outdated facilities at Kowloon Shangri-La, but after experiencing it myself, I didn’t feel it affected my stay at all! All equipment is very well maintained, the room was so clean there wasn’t a hint of any strange smell, and even the windows were sparkling clean! The moldy smell and air conditioning noise that some netizens mentioned simply don’t exist here~ 🌇 Room View: This time I stayed in a 16th-floor sea view room, and the view was amazing! At night, I didn’t want to close the curtains at all—I just wanted to keep gazing at the Victoria Harbour night view! Walking back to the hotel from Victoria Harbour at dusk, I looked up and saw that most of the sea-facing rooms had their windows open with warm lights on. At least 30% of the window seats were occupied by guests, all mesmerized by this dazzling scene! 🔑 Service: Shangri-La deserves high praise! 1. Special thanks to a lobby manager who always immediately gave my baby a small toy whenever he saw us in the lobby, with very polite and professional manners; 2. The front desk staff were super thoughtful! They not only carefully handled our requests and patiently gave advice but also worried we might wait too long for the room and gave us complimentary lobby bar drink vouchers; 3. When picking up luggage at the concierge, even though we didn’t have much, the staff insisted on helping carry it to the room; 4. At breakfast, I ordered Eggs Benedict, and a gentleman who seemed to be the head chef personally brought it over and kindly asked if I was satisfied with the taste. Before coming to Hong Kong, I saw many online comments about being “unfriendly to mainland tourists” and was worried it might be inconvenient to travel with a child… but it was totally unnecessary! On the subway twice, people voluntarily gave up their seats. Whether at the hotel, a cha chaan teng, or a mall, staff and even passersby smiled and played with my baby~ The most touching moment was meeting an auntie at the hotel who, seeing my cute baby, spontaneously sang a nursery rhyme; another time, when my baby climbed the stairs by himself, a passerby auntie immediately applauded and encouraged him! I will definitely bring my child to Hong Kong often from now on, and Kowloon Shangri-La will absolutely be my first choice for accommodation!
