Every day I have to think about what to eat, and when I can't decide, I always think of all-you-can-eat buffets. This time, I went to this frequently visited Japanese buffet again.

There are so many dishes to choose from, not only fresh sashimi but also various sushi, all very fresh👍🏻 Especially their newly launched foie gras sushi, which is very similar to the best-seller at a certain large chain sushi restaurant🤭🤤 They also have blueberry foie gras and thick-cut foie gras toast🤭 There are really so many dishes that I can't introduce them all one by one😬 Here are a few selected highlights🤭 ⭐️Cold dish buffet area: octopus, conch meat, Chinese salad, cold shrimp, mussels, and more... ⭐️Hot food buffet area: some fried items, steamed fish, crayfish, chicken soup, roasted pork belly and suckling pig, plus dim sum, a wide variety all available🤭 ⭐️Ordering menu has even more choices, various sashimi, various skewers, plus many more including freshly roasted pigeon, roasted lamb rack, Huadiao abalone, braised abalone with shiitake mushrooms, typhoon shelter fried crab, curry big head prawns, butter cooked clams, fish maw, coconut milk stewed papaya, and my favorite roasted durian🫣🤤 All are all-you-can-eat🫣 (only order what you can finish)😉 On that evening, by 8:00 pm on a weekday, most seats were already full, so we could only get a table for two. Although the table was a bit small, the staff were very diligent, constantly helping to clear plates👍🏻 so it didn’t affect us much🤭 Eating non-stop🤭 ⭐️Here are a few selected dishes to introduce⭐️ Braised abalone with shiitake mushrooms😋 The abalone is fresh, tender, and smooth, the shiitake mushrooms soak up the sauce, and the flavor is super fragrant. I couldn’t help but order it twice🥰 Typhoon shelter fried crab😋 The typhoon shelter fried crab is really top-notch😋 The crab meat is fresh and sweet, the garlic and chili flavors are just right, spicy and aromatic, very satisfying to eat😋 Seafood lovers must try it👍🏻 Caramel milk foie gras sushi😋 Unexpectedly, the previously super popular caramel foie gras sushi from (xx Lang) is also available here🤤🤤 It tastes really great, the sweet caramel pairs perfectly with the creamy foie gras, I couldn’t stop eating one piece after another🫣😈 Butter cooked clams😋 After eating cold sashimi, the best thing is to have something hot to warm the stomach😋 The buttery aroma of the soup base perfectly blends with the fresh flavor of the big clams😋 Curry big head prawns😋 The prawns are very fresh with a bouncy texture👍🏻 The sweet and fresh flavor combined with the rich curry sauce wrapping the prawns gives a very Thai feel😋 Worth trying👍🏻 Baked durian😍 The aroma of durian becomes even richer after baking😋 For durian lovers, this is definitely not to be missed! ⭐️Must drink: Mango pomelo sago⭐️ The mango pomelo sago is really delicious😋 Sweet but not greasy, very refreshing in texture👍🏻 Plus the chewy tapioca pearls, the overall combination is perfect, drinking it lifts your mood, truly a must-have refreshing drink👍🏻👍🏻 You never get tired of all-you-can-eat😋 So many varieties to satisfy different tastes, and at the end, there are desserts and various popsicles and ice creams, including Haagen-Dazs ice cream and fruits😍 to perfectly conclude the meal.😎 Overall, the dining experience was very pleasant and definitely worth recommending! ⭐️Gokujou Daikiya⭐️ Address: 9/F, Causeway Bay Plaza 1, 489 Hennessy Road, Causeway Bay
