Recently, I tried their dinner set ($388 per person), and overall, the value for money is excellent. Here’s a share of my experience～ Appetizer: A warm start 🍞🥗 As soon as I sat down, the waiter immediately served a basket of warm homemade thyme garlic butter rolls. The rolls are crispy on the outside and soft inside, with a fragrant aroma. The butter flavor is rich but not overwhelming. Paired with a sip of soup, it’s truly a happy beginning! The soup of the day was pumpkin cream soup 🎃, smooth in texture but not too thin, with a rich pumpkin sweetness and a hint of saltiness. After drinking it, you feel warm from the inside out. For the Caesar salad, the greens were fresh and crisp, the dressing was just right—not too heavy—and there were crunchy croutons. Overall, it was light yet satisfying, setting a good foundation for the main course. Main Course: Meat lover’s paradise 🍗🥩 The main course was the highlight of the meal! 1. Roasted chicken with Argentinian chimichurri: The chicken was tender and juicy, perfectly roasted with slightly crispy skin and excellent texture. The Argentinian chimichurri sauce was the key—slightly tangy with a fresh herbal aroma, making the dish more appetizing and never greasy. 2. 230g US flat iron steak: The steak truly deserves high praise! Cooked to medium rare perfectly, tender and juicy inside, with a lightly charred black pepper crust on the outside. Served with black pepper sauce that was rich but not too salty, every bite was a delight～🥰 If you’re a beef lover, this dish will definitely not disappoint! Drinks: Thoughtful and delicate 🍵 I chose jasmine tea, which was fresh and not overly sweet—perfect to balance the richness of the main course. During dinner, you can even enjoy the Victoria Harbour night view, creating a romantic and comfortable atmosphere.
