Beautiful Wagyu with sea urchin broth shabu-shabu

It’s been a long time since Mom went to Japan 🎎, and she misses Japanese Wagyu a bit~ So I brought her to Tanukikoji in Causeway Bay to enjoy some Wagyu sukiyaki 🫕~ First, choose the broth.
