Bochord romantic dinner 🍽️

It’s my good friend’s birthday, so we chose Bochord in Causeway Bay for dinner. The decoration here has the atmosphere of an old library, and it overlooks the Victoria Harbour. It is really a great place to celebrate! 🍴Tasting Menu $1,888/person ✨Brchord The umami flavor of sea urchin paired with scallop mousse melts in your mouth, and the crispy texture of salmon roe adds rich layers of flavor. ✨Scottish Razor Clams & French White Asparagus The snail meat is soft and tender, the fermented white asparagus has a special flavor and is slightly spicy, while the Yuzu gel makes the whole dish more refreshing. ✨Black Truffle & Foie Gras The rich aroma of black truffle sauce paired with the smooth texture of foie gras mousse is very delicious. ✨ Seafood Bouillabaisse The seafood bisque of Japanese clams, grilled shrimp and lobster is delicious, and the addition of 3.6% milk foam makes the soup even smoother. ✨ Fish Maw The springiness of the fish belly paired with the smoked Sparassis crispa has a very special taste. ✨Charcoal Grilled Maine Lobster The tender lobster tail, paired with lobster teriyaki sauce and lobster oil risotto, is full of lobster aroma. ✨ Red Wood & Charcoal Grilled A5 Miyazakigyu Beef The Miyazakigyu meat was excellent and meaty, and paired with potato foam and duck fat potatoes, it was filling and delicious. ✨ Dessert 🍰 Sour plum strawberry mousse cake, fresh and delicious, paired with star anise jam, sweet and delicious.
