Hong Kong Restaurant Review: Chiu Chow House in Causeway Bay.

The decor is simple yet elegant, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The staff first served Chaozhou specialty Kung Fu tea, which had a sweet and fragrant taste. The new restaurant specializes in Chiu Chow seafood. Tonight, we ordered the [Special Dinner Set], which includes a portion of delicacies for each person and three additional dishes of our choice. We started with two bowls of braised delicacies. [Braised Shark Fin] The shark fin was tender and smooth, and the braised soup was rich and flavorful. [Braised Bird's Nest] The bird's nest had a smooth texture and a milder taste compared to the braised shark fin, nourishing and beautifying. There are twenty dishes to choose from, quite a lot. [Sichuan Pepper Chicken Neck] My favorite Chiu Chow dish, the pearl leaves were fried to a light and crispy texture, the chicken neck meat was tender and juicy, and the Sichuan pepper added a spicy aroma. [Chiu Chow Fried Shrimp Balls] Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the shrimp was fresh and juicy, paired with the crispy fried balls, the texture was excellent. [Dried Fish and Oyster Congee] The congee base was rich, the dried fish was tender, and the oysters added freshness, a bowl of heartwarming deliciousness.
